Our Story

How two people in a Hyderabad kitchen decided to fix what's broken with healthy food.

The Problem We Saw

Look around. Diabetes is everywhere. Digestive issues are the norm. People are tired, bloated, and wondering why their bodies are failing them.

The answer is obvious: modern food is making us sick.

We've invented countless recipes with artificial ingredients, refined grains, and processed everything. Food looks like a novelty now - colorful, Instagram-worthy, but our bodies are rejecting it.

Meanwhile, millets - the grains our grandparents thrived on - sit ignored. Why? Because most millet food tastes like punishment. Bland, boring, "healthy" food that nobody actually wants to eat.

Our Solution: Taste First

We asked ourselves a simple question: What if healthy food tasted so good that people queued up to eat it?

Not health food that you tolerate. Food that you crave. Food that makes you forget it's "healthy."

We started experimenting in our kitchen. Soaking millets overnight. Trying different combinations. Adding the bold spices and techniques that make Hyderabadi food legendary.

And then we discovered the game-changer: bone broth. Cook millets with bone-heavy mutton, and suddenly they're not boring health food anymore. They're rich, satisfying, deeply flavored comfort food that happens to be incredibly nutritious.

The Kitchen Experiments

Months of trial and error. Countless failed attempts. And finally, dishes we were proud to serve.

What We Learned

  • Soaking is everything. Millets need 12+ hours of soaking to become digestible and delicious.
  • Millet combinations matter. Mixing bajra with foxtail creates better texture than either alone.
  • Don't be shy with spices. Millets can handle bold flavors - that's how you make them crave-worthy.
  • Bone broth transforms everything. The collagen and nutrients from bones make millets incredibly rich.
  • Chutney is the secret weapon. A perfectly spiced chutney can make any dish addictive.

Our Millets

  • Jowar / జొన్న (Sorghum)
The base for our poha. Nutty, filling, great for digestion.
  • Bajra / సజ్జ (Pearl Millet)
The heart of our khichdi. Hearty, warming, perfect with spices.
  • Ragi / రాగి (Finger Millet)
Our smoothie star. Rich in calcium, makes a creamy drink.
  • Foxtail / కొర్ర (Korra)
The texture balancer. We mix it in for the perfect consistency.

Our Mission

To prove that healthy food can be the most delicious food. To bring millets back - not as medicine, but as a craving. To make Hyderabad fall in love with the grains that built our ancestors.
